Pregnant and overweight

hello im new here.. my name is karen and im 21yrs old.. today o found out that IM PREGNANT! im happy/nervous and scared!! becaise im around 90pnds overweight and my last pregnancy i had a miscarage.. thats why im scared.. im 5weeks preg!! PLEASE ANY TIPS HOW I CAN TAKE CARE OF MYSELF aND THE BABY? wat excersice can i do without harmin my baby? im 5'6 255pnds im talk but with a big stomach.. thanks you

  • Hun I weigh more then u I'm 23 weeks just portion control eat more snacks versus big meals drink more water and juices then pop, but I need it sometimes so I drink 7 up or sprite, fruits and veggies are good to walking is the best I found only cause I work all the time and eating non greasy foods
  • First congrats on the new baby, but u don't sound over weight. Take ur prenatels and I would just try walking first but do it inside so u don't get over heated.
  • Congrats mom to be. Really try to listen to your body when working out... walking is best but take your time and drink plenty water. Cut down on greasy foods. Do more fruits and veggies. Also try to do more juice than soda. But soda does taste good lol. Please talk with your doctor as well.
