Help! how to sleep right

i have a question.. im used to sleep on my stomach but now i cant... wats the best way for me to sleep if im 5weeks preg and overweight... i mean big stomach!

  • Im really overweight too and I know what u mean. I slept on my stomch too before. U can still sleep on you back or go on and get used to sleeping on your side. Now its hard for me to sleep at all bc im 26wks and bigger than a cow! Invest in a body pillow too. I got mine for 10 ucks at walmart! Gl and congrats on the baby!
  • Well I go to sleep on my back but wake up in another position, either the left or right side, lol. I use to LOVE sleeping on my tummy. Also get a pregnant pillow... sometimes they help. I-)
  • I used to sleep on my stomach. Then I found out I was prego nd still slept on it until it didnt feel right. Now I sleep either on my bak or my side, even though its harder to fall asleep either way for me.

  • I'm 34 weeks body pillows and sleepin on my leftside feels best for me I use a body pillow to rest my tummy on and for my legs and that helps my sleep
  • Left side is ideal, back is ok for now, but not as you get further along. The body pillow or preg pillow should help. Gives you some support under your belly and the pressure helps I think. Feels more like sleeping on your belly. I also put a pillow behind my back as I get further along. Helps with back pain and gives support. And helps you not to flip over in the night lol Good luck!
