I'm nervous theY wont be able to tell what the sex of the baby is. or even that baby is small for where it should be because my belly doesn't seem that big.. maybe i'm just over thinking

Don't stress I'm considered small for twins. My girls are healthy and just about the right size, one a lil bigger, one a lil smaller. No worries. >:D<

I went in at 19 weeks 9 days and the gender was perfectly clear. You should be able to find out what you're having

Mine is on Monday and I have the same fear. I'm afraid we'll leave disappointed that they're not gonna be able to tell us what the sex is.

I'm 20w2d and I went at 18wks & my pict is me at 18wks I was tiny .my bby cooperated! its a girL (: . just drink something with caffeine and/or eat something sweet to get your bby moving..
I had a cold bottle of water just prior to goin in (: no probs! u just can't urine til after d u/s ;however its best to hav a full bladder!!! goodluckk

I recently had my u/s at 20 wks, Im not showing that much n seem small for 22 wks too. They had no problem with my u/s and told me its a boy! You will b surprised how much ur baby is growing! It's amazing, so dnt b nervous girl! I had Orange juice before I went in but my lil man want super active n they still had no problems getting his gender. And they tell u to go in w a full bladder so they can measure ur cervix not necessarily to view ur baby better. It's truly amazing n you'll love seeing ur lil baby in action.

I get nervous everytime I go to a doctor's appointment, just take it easy, and try not to stress! I'm sure everything's fine

Thanks to everybody. i drunk 24 oz of orange juice and my baby as usual lol was just super active.. but its A GIRL and me and my bf are extremely happy because thats what we wanted.. the full bladder thing sucks but it was worth it ...I just pray the results come back normal and nothings wrong with the baby. my doctor said it was about 12oz which is a good weight for my baby at this pt. which relieved my fear of it being too small

and btw.. for a post above.. my cervix wnt b checkd until abt or after 24 or 28wks I thinkk he said, but weneva I hav an u/s they say dnt urine til after andd iv had 3 u/s ..at the OB clinic! !
..... wateva d reason theyy ask tht it b FULL>:D<

dont worry we all carry differently.. i always worry bout the sex not being viable.. but.. just drink a lil juice.. and have a small snack about 20 min before the apt.. or on the way there so the lil one is awake and ready to play.. lol.. my first was sleeping at my 20wk and the U/S tech rushed me to.. i think she discriminated against me cause of my age and my insurance coverage.. good luck..
