Heating pads?

Im 30 weeks pregnant & having real bad 'period like' cramps. I used to use a heating pad when I would cramp like this when it was my time of the month. Is it ok to still use when im pregnant? Also, anyone around 30 wk cramping & having lots of lower back pain?

  • @nicksmommy ... if I'm doing a lot of work around the house my back will be broke down by bedtime.

Yeah high is too hot for me right now.... even medium is too hot sometimes.

But OH EM GEE... its much needed!
  • @YNVTish im due july 14th... the cramping was gone the next morning. Its only been happening recently & every once in awhile. The lower back pain though, that's more often! But im sure that's normal. Im not used to this belly lol.
