Could it be back labor? HELP!

Heyy ...im 39 weeks today and ever since last night ive been having back pains that come and go. Today its just getting worse and every time i pee i feel pressure not sure if it could be early labor or not? Anyone know anything??

    If its coming and going and getting more intense, it could be contractions. Time it and see if they are regular...if so, when they get about 5mins apart..head to the hospital. You may want to call your Dr to get their advice also.

    Thanx it has gotten more intense since yesterday but the pain isnt that close together but ill definitely start timing it
