Any Natural Remedies For Allergies?!

At first i didnt take anything but they got so bad my doctor told me to take Claritan. Well that barely works and i feel so bad taking meds while preggo. How is anyone else dealing? I feel so miserable..

    A tablespoon or two of honey from a hive less then 20miles from your house a day. This will take a while to work though.

    My allergies are terrible too and nothing seems to work...Benadryl knocks me out but clairitin doesn't work

    If you run salt water through your nose, it really helps clear everything up, and keep it clear!

    @kalasthename i knew i spelled claritin wrong, it didnt look rite to me lmao but i barely had the energy to correct it. The thing is im still going to school so i cant take benadryl bcuz it makes me way too sleepy. Im so lost

    I do it when I have a cold. It works wonders, and will last about 2 weeks depending on the person. It seems scary at first, but its not that bad.

    I've heard any organic honey...like bought at a local farmers market, not a grocery store. It worked for my son last year. Haven't needed it this year.

    I normally put about a tablespoon of salt for every 2 cups, but you may want to look up the ratios, since I've tweaked it A LOT. Lol. I use a syringe to suck it up, tilt my head to the left for my right nostril & to the right for my left one, and pretty much let it flow through. It does have a funny feeling to it, but I find if you breathe through your mouth while doing it, it makes it go a lot smoother.

    The sell something called a neti pot that's something like. what @babymcbride8_27 is talking about, my allergies have just started acting up and I have an appointment on Thursday I was going to ask if my zyrtec is safe cause clairitin doesn't work on me
