ok... one more bleeding topic

I'm am 7 weeks and 1 day. I have been spotting off and on for 2 weeks my ultrasound is on Monday. Yesterday I wiped and there was red blood with a 1/4 in tiny worm looking thing in it, and then it stopped. I really am not worried I had no cramps and I haven't even spotted since then. Should I just wait it out and not call the dr. Unless I bleed more?

    I am 6 weeks and have been bleeding.lightly for four days now. The doc said not to worry unless i have heavy bleeding, pain, cramping or blood clots. He did suggest an ultrasound though but said to wait for week 7 bc there may be no heart beat at the moment and I wouldn't want to be freaked out for nothing.

    I don't really think it was a clot, it looked more like a bloody worm booger... idk how else to describe it. But there was no pain and I haven't bleed again since and its been about 18 hours.
