I want a baby so bad. All m friends and family have been having them. My cousin had her first in December and my best friend just had hers last night and to come home today and my neighbor told me she just found out she is pregnant...everywhere I turn there are people with babies or pregnant women. I'm waiting for my period which ad due yesterday and still nothing. But every test I take is negative..from first response to dollar store tests. This is so depressing.

    Well me and my husband was trying for 5 months and kept getting disappointed. The month we finally gave up and I got on the pill I got pregnant. Now I'm 6 weeks pregnant.

    How old are you?

    Wait a couple more days and take a blood test at your doctors. I know some women on here weren't able to get a pos on urine hpt. Hang in there! ;) good luck!

    I got married when I was 20, my husband and I have been together for 5 years (including dating). I love him so much I dont know what I would do without him.

    It may not be what you want to hear, bit I would go get your honeys little men checked to see if he's fertile, as well as yourself. My sisters uterus sits too close to her back and she physically can't carry a child. I would know exactly what's going on with yourselves first.

    @youngmama I know I think thats why im waiting to get my period, before i try to make a doctor appointment. Im going to wait another week or so and if AF still isnt here then I'll call my doctor and schedule a blood test.

    Good luck princess, and remember the average couple will have sex about 260 odd times before they successfully get pregnant. Don't give up :)

    Sometimes it takes longer than u expect 2 get preggo. I stopped using BC almost 2 yrs ago & I am just now preggo. I'm 7 wks along now. My ob/gyn said the most important thing was 2 relax. I'm 31 yrs old.

    I stopped birth control a little over 2 years because we were ready to have a baby, but we just said when it happens it happens.

    Well try and actually look up your fertile days, keep up with your periods, get on prenatal vitamins, and quit all bad habits.

    And then if it doesn't work I would get to the doctor, and you and your husband get check to make sure everything is ok.

    I have been taking prenatals since I got off the birth control-thinking it wouldnt be long before we got pregnant, and i do keep up with my fertile days and with my periods, we usually have sex 3 or more times a week, so those days usually fit near my fertile days and ovulation day. Also, I dont drink or smoke or anything, so no bad habits.

    Also, my prenatals have Vitamin A in them, I read your not suppose to have alot of Vitamin A when pregnant, should I get new prenatals...?

    OH NO. Well I agree with @youngmama maybe you guys should go get physicals and blood work to make sure everything is ok.

    Yea, I think im going to wait another week or so and see if my period does come on and if not then I schedule for a blood test. And if were not pregnant then it may be time to get checked out. Thanks Ladies.
