I was prescribed this drug to treat a UTI but it's a category C drug and im very nervous about taking it. Has anyone taken this drug during their pregnancy? Im 21 weeks if it matters.
I always ate before taking it to avoid nausea...you will feel much better soon but make sure even if you start feeling better to finish taking it so it won't come back
@k_baBix0 I bought them either at wal-mart or if u have an organic health store the better. I only take two pills aday not what is says on the bottle. My doc said what im taking is great... or go to a walgreens.. but make sure they are the tablets and concentrated. I refuse to take anything from the doctors. Im scared too, really... I hope this helps. Brand I use is..... western family or natural brand from gnc!
K_babixo I only have a reaction to bactrim. I think it started on the second day. It madw my stomach hurt but it also gave me a very strange reaction. It like sucked all the water out of my body. My throat was so dry I thought I wad going to die. I had to constantly drink water so it wouldnt hurt so bad. I drank over 50 bottles of water in 20 hours. All that water made me so sick that I had to the er, but I couldnt stop drinking it. Its crazy and I cant put into words how much it dried me out.

What brand and where do you get them from? And cause I already have the UTI will it cure it? Im scared to hurt my baby
I haven't had any severe reactions to any pills yet so hopefully with this pill I've taken I wont... did it happen immediately?
