Is it normal...what does it mean? (people who have given birth or know a lot about it)

I have been having pressure n pain in my cervix...she pushes down and I get a pinching pain up inside my vagina (which I'm guessing is my cervix) does this mean its getting closer to delivery? I also got pain in my tail bone don't know if that's related or just from lugging this belly around! I'm 38 weeks by the way...

    The cervix pain I had ALL through my pregnancy with my son from week 11esh on. I got it once today from my daughter, I'm 20w. If its the same as mine, sounds like it but who can be sure, I don't see it as a start of labor

    It is very normal at the end. It can mean labor is soon but it could also mean you will go overdue. It all depends on the person. Everyone is different. Vaginal pain/pressure at the end is very normal though and its a good thing, your baby is pressing on your cervix :) good luck and congrats hun.

    Sounds to me like your baby is just moving down into position to prepare for delivery, which. Happens at a different stage for everyone; some say their baby drops weeks early, some never notice it at all. My first was born at 38w3d, so you may very well be close to labor. Good luck! :)

    Yeppers its almost time my little man droped about 3wks before I delivered him, talk about pain and pressure, good lord I thought be as going to fall out any time. Lol! I would have all your affairs In order, just in case. My litle man came just 1 1/2 wks early hell be 2 wks d Fri.
