BEYOND FRUSTRATED!
So, last Monday I went in to my doctor's appointment. He ended up prescribing me a prenatal vitamin with a stool softener, and told me to immediately fill it, and quit taking my other ones. Okay, no big deal. We headed over to Walgreens to drop off the prescription. First, the dumbass jerk working the drop-off counter made us wait for him to get off the phone, because apparently someone going to jail is way more important than the pregnant woman standing in front of him. About 10 minutes later, he ends the phone conversation by saying, I gotta go, I got customers. Yo, dumbass, apparently not only are you stupid, you're blind to, because I've been standing my pregnant ass here for the last 10 minutes. Anyway, I gave him the prescription, and he told me it would be ready in an hour. I ended up remembering it at 7pm, and even though I didn't feel so hot, I drug my ass out of bed, and went down to pick it up, because I knew I would need it for Tuesday morning. After I waited 20 minutes in line, and my fiancé waited 15 after I couldn't stand anymore, they tell us they have to order the meds, because it's not something they normally carry. No big deal, it happens. They said they'd have them by noon on Tuesday. Well, I didn't feel like going yesterday, and it's a good thing I didn't, because when I went back today, they STILL didn't have the prescription, because SOMEONE never sent the order off. I kindly asked the lady if it were possible for me to get my prescription back to try elsewhere. The bitch wants to get all rude with me, but it didn't stop there.. she pulled the whole "uptight white people" card. I clicked out on her. I was raised in the hood, just because I'm educated, and carry myself with respect, does not mean I won't chew someone right the fuck out. After I left the store, I called and filed a major complaint. All the manager wanted to do was offer me an apology, and a gift card. Uhh, all I want is my damn prescription filled! Stupid ass people!
