13 weeks 5 days low placenta

I was in the hospital last night for pains and sickness. I have the stomach flu apparently. My main concern is they told me I have a low lying placenta. Also round ligament pain. This is my 3rd pregnancy (2 mc). should I be worried?

    If the placentas blocking the cervix ull have to have a c section. Mines low and in the front of my stomach but not blocking.. hopefully it doesn't move lower.
