paranoia/panic attacks

This is my second child.every time I'm pregnant I feel like something is going to happen to me if I'm alone ANYWHERE.when I go sumwhere alone I'm paranoid,have panic attacks,& cry.it was so bad w/ my 1st baby i had preclampsia afterwards n still have high blood pressure til this day.

  • I've been having really bad anxiety too! Not that I think something will happen just crazy anxiety and panic attacks! Its not fun :(
  • You need to find an outlet and when you start to panic you need to take deep breaths and calm yourself down. After the deep breaths you may feel a little tired it's just your body relieving itself. I had to gain control of my anxiety and I refused meds
  • I know.I dnt wanna take ne meds either.& my family is getting irritated.I want help but every1 works all day.
  • I use to write. About my day, like a journal. It helps clear your mind. And when you start feeling panicked just take deep breaths. But with the writing you are facing what is causing your anxiety. I had to get out of my parents house
