I hd that w/ my 3rd....my doc said it was stretching and not to worry..my other kids would laugh when they heard it. BUT, if it hurts def call doc!

I heard cracking noises a lot during my first, and after he was born, found out it was his shoulder popping while he was still inside. No problems, though.
