How are you going to loose your baby-weight?

Need some ideas of FUN stuff.. I hate exercising!

  • Once this baby is born and I get my 6 week check up, I will be going back on weight watchers, along with breastfeeding and occasinal excercise I hope it comes off easily. Also chasing after a 4 and 2 year old should help do the job too.

  • I had the 6weekbodymakover kit from years ago, helped me shed 35lbs. With that and walking the baby, I should get my pre~pregnancy bod back by September.
  • I plan on breastfeeding, but I want to get active too. Zumba sounds fun!
    @jaime77 before I got pregnant, I wanted to try that, but I didn't want to pay for it, lol. It worked well for you? Was it hard to stick to?
  • It was easy to follow but I have a luv affair with sugar so I cheated, took longer than 6weeks. It's not for you if your not into eating protein 5 times a day. I choose egg whites alot bc I'm not a big meat eater, so i had tons of gas..not a prob while I'm on maternity leave tho ;)
  • P90x! I dropped all 30lbs in two months with my son .. sucks but it was worth it!
  • @jaime77 I'll have to look into it again. Sounds like it would be safe and healthy while breastfeeding too!

    @Mostephanite is that any fun? It just looks like.. not fun, lol.
  • I want to breast feed atleast a little while do I need to figure out what I can eat as far as calories. I may start Turbo kick again or something.
  • Its not fun at first but u challenge urself and then u can't stop ... insanity is fun as well but that is a killer workout u definitely wanna cry after that workout

  • I'm planning on doing weight watchers nursing program and Pilates (machines). I'll look better than I did before. :)
  • exersise is the best way.. but breast feeding helps your tummy flatten faster.. and if your not going to do exersise than you will have to diet.. i do all three.. but the dieting is just strict calorie and good food intake .. cause as you know you still need to consume an extra 2-300 calories a day to feed baby.. but if your eating good calories its not hard.. i myself love to excersise so im going to do the P90x.. it will be fun! I have a friend that doesnt like to excersise she does ten minute routines.. they go quickly and boost matabalism.. i like target toning.. for the booty..lol.. abs and legs.. f
  • I did zumba before I got pregnant and was on a strict diet and lost 30lbs in 3months I will be doing that again after shes born
  • Oh and I was on b50 supplements and green tea supplements
  • Breast feed, cardio 5 days a week and lots of squats,dead lifts, curls, and other stuff! Can't wait to train again :) lost 30lbs then got preggo and gained it all back :-( (only sad about the weight gain, not the preggo part of course :) ?
