major cramps after argument

I'm 19 wks and my son (who is 1w) and I got into a screaming argument today. Every since then I am having major crampy feeling. Its been about 4 hrs now, and the cramps are like period cramps. Not major and no bleeding, jus uncomfy period cramps. Baby is moving though. I hate to call dr about something if I'm just stressing. I am laying on the couch now and drinking some water so i'm hoping it passes. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

    With my first pregnancy I would get bad braxton hicks after being under stress. Hopefully it's just that and passes soon!

    I get bad cramps after arguments.. been to A&E after them and been told everything is fine.. if you get any bleeding or they continue and you can't handle them anymore then go to the hospital or call a doc

    When I was about 6- 10 weeks I got into a argument with a family member, They were being really crazy, so I left and had a major breakdown. A hour or so later when I was changing for bed, I realized I was bleeding a good amount. It scared me but I knew I needed to calm myself down instead of freak out more. Luckily everything was okay,and I still have no explanation of the bleeding that day. The only thing I can think of is stress is not good in the first tri. I am almost 23 weeks now, good luck

    Even before I was pregnant that would happen to me when most people get headaches bc of stress I get cramps weird. Just take it easy and relax. And u need to let ur son know that u can't be stressedout like that. Is he happy about the baby??

    @rachdb he is happy about the baby. He's just been aggressive with his little brother lately and has done things that cause us all upheavel. He has a hrd time w/ kids at school, and has had issues w/ teachers. Its a long story and a huge cycle where someone picks on him, so he picks on others. I did tell him tonight that the stress he's putting me under is not good for the baby. So he said I should just make him leave. It just makes me sad, which makes the stress even harder. I am thinking he needs a summer trip to Nana's house. It might do us all some good.

    Aww I'm sorry it must ve tough for him and u both. Maybe he could also use some counseling. I was against it at first but gave in when my son started acting out he's a good boy with a awesome big heart but something was bothering him and it's actually helped him.
