Pelvic pain relief?

Ugh walking and switching side to side in bed is pure pain. Been feeling like this since 20 wks but has only gotten worse with time Im 34.5 weeks now. Anybody know of any exercises or something to relieve the pain?

  • If you want the truth hun.. Nothing works. I have had it that long as well and nothing will help. We're almost to the finish line. Hang in there mama..:)

  • I have found that squating and rocking helps a little. It helps keep u limber for birth too

  • Wow I wish I would have know about Manganese supplements! I'm having my baby in 5 days and the pain is almost unbearable I can hardly lift my legs! I am 38 weeks and it got really bad this week .It really sucks cause I want to go shopping and get somelast minute baby things but I feel its physically impossible :(
  • @havin_a_girl lay on ur stomach and have ur huney rub ur butt cheeks... the area where u can feel the hips/ butt bone... i'll hurt at first, but then its so amazing!!!" Its almost better than sex! Trust me, they do this when u go for a massage....
