So, many woman have said GOD plans out our life before we are born correct? well if that's the case he planned for my husband and myself to use birth control after this pregnancy because we cannot afford another child. So at times I feel everything is completely contradictory. Just my opinion
I'm just curious as to why people almost blindly believe "god wouldn't give me more than I can handle"? I'm not saying I don't believe in god because I do, I'm just confused. Just as people believe "all you need is love" well in these hard economic times, god isn't going to pay my bills and neither will love. So if I needed to use bc to prevent pregnancy (I'm not saying abortion, although I'm pro-choice but not for choosing abortion as a form of bc) that shouldn't be judged, ya know? I think it's irresponsible *not* to use bc even if it's not exactly in line with your religion if you're in a financial bind and go on the faith that "god wouldn't give me more than I could handle". (And before anyone comments about that, my pregnancy was completely a surprise and unplanned but luckily I've graduated a 4yr college with a nursing degree, with a very supportive family and bf, so although I'm not ready for a baby, I'm lucky I'll be okay. And yes, I was irresponsible.) Sorry it's long lol
My husband I personally believe that taking bc, using condoms etc, is the same as turning your back on God and his will. This is our second child, a boy and we are so thankful for this gift god has blessed us with, as well as the ones he might or might not bless us with in the future. But this is us. Not trying to push anything on anyone.
Those things AREN'T in the bible. Those people say all kinds of stuff is wrong according to God and the bible cuz u can basically take anything from the bible and twist it to mean WHATEVER u want. That's why there are so many types of Christians for example.@mama0827111@simplyraven22406
We all know a baby is a human life in the first second they have hearth beat, and most of the abortions are done when the embrion already have it sooo that is murder and God say not kill anyone! But he don't say don't kill the sperm or things like that so for me if you kill a creature with hearth beat that is wrong and you will pay for it one day, but again no one is gonna pay for you so no one can judge you

Someone also said the bible says god is angry if your barren. Well its not alwas that persons fault. And god made us in the first place, so how can he judge when he made us so? It is just the way people take it. I don't believe god is against birth control, otherwise he would not let it work and wouldn't have woman or men unable to concive. Or those out there ttc for years on end and let woman from a one night stand get prenant and get a abortion. I believe is he probably not for abortion since it's murder, but really who are WE to say? Or preach? I feel really happy for those who can pop out kids and pay for them on their own, but some people are unable to do so, and if god hates me for that then so be. Im doing what's best for my children already alive and im taking care of them. God should be happy im not bringing a child into the world when I can't care for it financially.

You cant say you have Faith and then question it? This isnt directed towards @mam082711 i was just answering your ? about God giving us more than we can handle.I got pregnant at 19 and was told at 10wks my baby wouldnt live after birth i was pushed towards termination but refused and thats when i 1st turned to God although my daughter did not live i still had Faith that God would pull me through and that He did! I have had 4 pregnancies and have 1 living child and am currently pregnant with a healthy baby girl.I am truly Blessed in my life..I guess its all in what and how you believe.sorry for the long post everyone has opinions just wanted to share mine.
There's always pulling out ! Lol im not getting so much into this because I had no idea it was wrong in any way... I was askin these questions myself, but I believe fully in th bible therefore I asked for a biblical response and it was given to me. I understand your pov's though.
And to add i dont think it saying do not use b.c but to maybe pray about it so God understands your view on it..and if you are Christian and want Gods aproval you will be able to know if its right for you..I myself dont use b.c and have tried for all of my babies it was on Gods time that i got pregnant with each...i agree that for some b.c is the responsible thing to do especially with the younger girls and no i am Not bashing teen pregnancy i have friends that were teen moms but some girls cant handle it and their lives would be easier if they had waited.The world has totally lost God and is going to hell pretty much its crazy how much has changed since i was a child.

Everything written in the bible isn't going to be understood by everyone reading it, just to read it. When you pray and use all the resources God gives us, like discernment, good judgement, right from wrong, He will bless your reading and research in the bible. He'll make more clear what you are reading and looking for. Ive read passages over and over, and gotten more and more understanding of what it is God is trying to tell me. All it takes is the amount of faith the size of a mustard seed for him to start showing things to you and revealing miracles. We also don't make much more than our bills each month. Every month they are paid and our daughters are well cared for. Faith doesn't doubt or criticize. The bible is for us to read and research and use for us to learn how to live our lives. God did create us but he gave us free will along w predestination. If you think the bible contradicts itself w those two theories that seem to be put head to head all the time consider the idea that being God he had a better way for everything and we don't know everything. Our job, as christians, is to have faith and accept what we are shown through the bible and the miracles He shows us, if we so choose. Not everyone is going to believe, it's life but as a christian it's not my job to judge. I don't. I just want to have anyone who wants to know more have opportunity. I don't by any means know it all, but I have a good grasp of what God promises and what he expects from us. So hopefully that helped someone. Even one person.

Im sorry i have to intergect about the birth control.. it has been around for years and before it .. people kept calenders a natural way.. that is less succesful but works too.. birth control has a purpose.. if i werent on birth control id have like 7kids by now.. im on my third.. but my finances do not permit me to just keep popping kids out left and right.. im very fertile.. and i know it.. I would not want to be on assistance cause I have so many kids and that would be the case if i did have that many..
