Confused...About tracking weeks, please help.

Pregnant with my first. Im confused about tracking weeks. I'm 12w 1d, when I use pregly it says "week 12 this is the 13 week". So when I go to read my book what to expect when expecting am I in the 12 week progress or the 13? It may seem simple...but trying to figure if I'm in the second trimester...according to pregly I'm in the second. If someone could explain I would so appreciate it!

    I think it means ur in ur 12 coming on to ur 13th weeks. It don't mean u r 13 weeks.

    Ill try to explain...im reading the same book as u and if im not mistaking ur sec trimester starts at wk 13...if u want to make sure, ck ur stats on the first screen.

    Yeah. I bout fell over when it said second trimester under stats on the first screen. That's what started this whole thing. And my husband is like, how do you not know what trimester your in! I don't know...never done this before!

    @coca..im a ftm too, but im pretty sure u have one more wk and you'll be in ur sec trimester. Im 13 wks 5d along...so you're not that far frm me

    12 wks 1 day means you have completed 12 weeks and you are currently 1 day into your 13th week. When you look things up, look up being 12 weeks pregnant. The beginning and end of trimesters varies a little depending on what book you're looking at or which doctor you are talking too. My doctor says you're not in your 2nd trimester until you have completed the 13th week.
