Lately I've been dry and itchy too, I'm too busy/lazy to moisturize. That may be what helps, I am going to try to find the time and see if it does. Good luck...
Your skin is dehydrated. Keep up on the H2O drinking and use vaseline or cocoa body butter to rub. Don't scratch or else you will possibly end up with scars :-/
U can get flavord water at the store. By the case load. A lot of drinks have water base to them to if u can't do just water than drinking period will help. But don't drink things that will dehydrate u like coffie cokes or even sweet tea. Caffine dehydrates u.
I read that vitamin c and other antioxidants help, because it helps repair the skin from inside out. Lucky for me pomegranates will be nice and ripe hopefully around the time I get big B-) until then pom and cranberry juice it is
