I was on depo years ago & like most people gained alot of weight so I quit I hvent really thought abt spermicide good idea

I had the depo n gained sooo much weight. Also after my doctor took me off of it I didn't have a period for a year then I had the pill but always forgot to take it. Then I had the patch n I loved it.

The depo shot made me gain 40lbs and it made me effing crazy! I was seriously psychotic...the pill failed on me twice...2 kids on the pill lol...so I think I'm gonna look into implanon...its a little plastic rod that does under the skin on your upper arm...effective for 3 years...
