You need to try and keep it in until at least 37 weeks but can survive as early as 24 (sometimes earlier) but will have many many difficulties and it will still have to stay in the hospital until the actually due date.
im 31 weeks today:). My aunt had her daughter at barely 20 weeks, she was 1lb 11oz she was so tiny.now she is almost 7 years old.she does have a few learning disabilities like adhd but health wise she is doing great.
