My doc said that it is more common in first pregnancies, but will not normally effect later deliveries. I'm pregnant with second now and everything seems to be ok. Though it can happen with any pregnancy, depends on the circumstances. I'm high risk bc of my age, I will be 41 when I delivery this one.
I am sorry you have to go through this. After my 24hr urine test I was induced and then the next day I had a c section bc his size and I was stuck at 8 cm and he was faceup. I was 39 weeks. Im suprised theyd wait that long dp they have you on high bloodpressure medicine??
@maymommie11 I drop off my urine in the a.m ive only been home for a little while. He said on the 27 th he can confirm induction my baby is only 5 lbs. He is trying to fix everything that is goin on with me for the past four hours considering it took a while to have my files faxed to him. Im having contractions consistently so he is thinking I may even deliver prior to recieving confirmation of my protein levels. I am a single mom with my 6 yr old n noone to care for him untili drive two hours to pickup hubby who is now flying in thurs 8 am. Im in a tough spot w/o help
