In the hospital.....UPDATE!!

So I went for my glucose test yesterday and my bp was high. So they took it twice again in the afternoon and was still high. They sent me to the hospital to be monitored and then admitted me after my bp didn't go down. Now the dr is saying I might have preclampsia and might not be able to go back to work. I'm so stressed now, I still have 11 weeks till due date and dont want to burn sick time at work :(

    Don't stress hun, that's only going to make your blood pressure worse. Are they doing testing to see if you have it? It would be safer for you to stay home if you do have it hun. Try to relax as much as possible. Good luck hun!

    @mommyoftwoprincesses they are having me do a 24 hr urine collection and they are pulling blood to look at platelets. Not sure whats going on yet. I'm trying my best not to stress, they said they won't know the results til later

    Thank you both for posting. I'm so bored in here!!!!! No knew news yet accept they gave me a steroid shot to help develop the babys lungs in case I go into early labor.

    Update*** they released me from the hospital. They put me on bredrest and gave me that steroid shot for the lungs. I have to go back today for my second shot. I have an appt next week with the Dr to see if how my BP is going and if I have to stay on bedrest. Im hoping for the best...... :)
