  • I got the go-ahead from my doctor to ease back into it at my 6-week postpartum check up, but I didn't have the energy for more than walking until she was about 3-4 months, LOL!

  • Two words: breast feed. I lost all the baby weight PLUS 10lbs within the first 3 mo ...
  • Well I have lost 25lbs so far. And that's just from breastfeeding and walking. I go for my 6wk apt next week waiting on the go ahead. Then its beast time at the gym. Lol! Now mind you I had a c-section so fingers crossed she will let me go. I go back to work in 2wks want to get a jump on the weight loss. Ps I gained 66lbs, how about you? Good luck mama!!

I wish I could breast feed my baby daddy now to get a head start on weight loss lol! hay I wonder if your man feeds off you could you still lose the weight! lol weird question I know
  • I've lost 35 pound...had her 3 weeks ago. I only breast fed for a week. I'm not working out tho...I hope I get the ok at my first postpartum appt. 13 more poundsn ill be my pre prego weight!
  • I have no idea how much I weight now had my baby 15 days ago. I don't look so fat tho....I think I look good except The stretch marks smh..will see wat doc says at apt..can't wait to work out again!!!
