bleeding and freaking

For the past month just about and it only happens when I strain to take a poo or have intercourse (depending on the position). My dr. Said that it was normal and everytime it happens it seems like there's more blood and it lasts longer. What do I do? I still feel the baby move but it still scares mr. Now that I know he's fine, could there be something wrong with me? Or something could be wrong with the baby and me not know it. HELP!!!!

    I don't think is something wrong remember u getting bigger and all that old blood is coming down it happened to me till I was 6 month now I'm 8 months and I don't bleed but I get contraction after sex

    I bled every day with my last pregnancy. When i pooped, during, and after sex. Your cervix is huge right now, filling with blood. Some spotting or light bleeding is totally normal. If it gets heavier and you're worried, go to bed with a bottle of water. Resting often helps stop the bleeding in an hour or so, and the water helps to replace any fluids your body needs to replace the blood loss.
