flu??

Has anyone ever had the flu while pregnant? I think I might have it. My friend from my Early childhood development class has it and my sister might have it now and I know everyone is getting it now. What can I do I feel crappy. I hope its just a cold

    I was taking sudifed (spelling) and tylenol and i sleep a lot i list 10 lbs cuz i couldnr eat anything but cup a noddle it was horible

    Tylenol. Regular strength, no special coating. It's your BFF. It sucks. I got bronchitis in January. They have me Tylenol 3 because codeine is about the only cough suppressent you can take. At least I could also take antibiotics.

    Hope there's something better than tylenol you can take and get well soon!

    Watch ur temperature to my doctor told me not to let it get above 101.00 and if it did i should call if i could break it myself lol when i went to my doctor i had to go in a back door and stay away from everybody they marry me where a mask so i wouldn't get any other pregos sick

    BFF means Best Friend Forever. But really just while pregnant, I guess.

    I am still getting over it I ended up in the er with fever body aches dizzy painful breathing I got antibiotics and now I am just still coughing stuff up...I would def take robitussin it has the same stuff mucinex has in to help you get it out

    No psuedophed in the first trimester! Don't know how far along you are. At least call and talk to a nurse before taking medicine.

    i had the flu with my pregnancy and i callef my ob and he gave me some medicine. Its not good to have the flu during pregnancy, if you get a fever go to the er. make sure you call your dr in the morning. IN the mean time if you have regular stregth tylenol take it and also some hot tea will help. I hope u feel better.

    Thank you yeah they have me some meds to and they said they cnt do much bout my temperature .

    It was up and down for about 4 days it only got up to 102 like 3 times cold showers brought my temperature down enough so i could sleep and try and break it tylenol pm's are also safe to take

    Im freaking out my 11yr old has the flu I feel so bad cause im avoiding being around him....im 26weeks and definatly dont want the flu....,my mom is here luckly taking care of him,but I still feel bad...ive been writing him little notes telling him how much I love him and hope hes feeling better.

    @angieface Yeah u defenetly dnt want the flu while pregnant it sux cuz u cnt take the other meds.

    @HUPE23_1 yeah minds is like that to they gave me some flu medicine that's safe to take while pregnant but its barely anything but helps just a little it Dosent help with my aching body and my back.

    Good thing I have another doctors appointment in the morning
