Is my baby in danger??!!

I am GBS + and just lost my mucous plug, which seals your cervix to keep out bacteria & infection is my baby in danger of getting the gbs now? I'm scared I don't want my baby to get sick!

    Idk but id think not because I'm sure you aren't the first gbs+ mom to lose a plug & have an ok baby. Best to ask dr tho.

    I also thought (though I could be wrong) that your mucus plug continues to regenerate itself so you can continue to lose it and regrow it up until delivery. But I could have my facts wrong

    Thanks that eases my mind so much, I just don't want my baby in any kind of danger...I'm her mom I'm supposed to protect her
