help with tummy muscles!

Does anyone have any tips on how to help with the pain of muscles stretching? I'm 25 weeks and small framed and my once flat stomach is popping like crazy. This past week I really popped and now the pain is unbearable. The muscles along my ribs are screaming as well as my sides. It feels like my skin is about to split open. Please help! It hurts so bad!

  • I havent expiernced anything like u have but when im sitting on the couch.my new belly rolls kill above my bra wire. It sucks
  • Mines hurt sumtimes also like its pulling I usually just tough it out sumtimes hot showers help but I dnt really knw any remedies sorry
  • Ugh mine is constant all day and nite. My muscles and skin are stretched so tight it kills! Idk how I'm going to last any longer
  • Take a warm bath, and then I have my husband rub lotion on my tummy and sides in a gentle massaging motion. It helps and relaxes me right before bed.

  • Rub lotion on it skin.. and rub.. that helps me.. and after awhile it feels really good.. and make sure ur drinking Lots! Of water and eat tons of veggies and fruit. They help with ur skin stretching...
