The us lady told me that was my last one until my doc tell me i have to come bk.i go somewhere else to gt my us bcuz my doc doesnt have a us machine so now im 29wks and wanna see my bby girl its been along time uggh >:/

    Lol, same here....im wondering if there's some kind of rule about the ultrasound dates....im in my 29th wk and i've been wondering the same thing....i was almost 19wks at my last one, and it seems like it's been forever since then....i want to see my son moving around in there, lol

    My dr. usually only does them around twenty and thirty two weeks

    My doc gives me one every 4 weeks. I would hate not being able to see my baby. :/

    You could always schedule an appt. at one of those 3D/4D sonogram places. That way you can see your baby and get video and photos as keepsakes. It costs but its worth it if you can afford it. If not, I agree that saying you're cramping usually works to get a referral from your Doc for an ultrasound. It worked for me at least (I really was cramping though). Good luck!

    In the UK you only get 2 ultrasounds if you're having a normal pregnancy. If high risk or any concerns you might have a few more. Normally a dating scan between 8 and 12 weeks and then the anomaly scan between 18 and 21 weeks. :-)

    Typically its not your dr...its what your insurance will pay for. With my two daughters I had the one at 18 weeks; the anatomy scan and then nothing again unless there was a problem. now this one I have seen alot because I am high risk. Check with your ins company

    Yay I finally got an ultrasound today n my bby is 3pounds she's so big cnt wait to finally meet her soon
