need your help ladies!

I'm in labor but not dilating...my son has dropped down to -1 but my cervix opening is behind his head! Hence why I'm not dilating at all...so need some help on how to adjust him or something to get me to dilate!

    the hospital should have one when I was in labor the room i was in had 3 different sizes of balls you should ask if you are there

    @lil_buggie_3 my mom has a work out/yoga ball that I'm on now...I feel like I'm gonna pop it! Even my daughter said that I was going to lol

    @grissy_barria I'm not at the hospital anymore...I asked to be sent home so I could walk and eat and everything and not be strapped to a hospital bed lol

    @babyluv_3 I walked for an hour at the hospital...gonna do stairs here soon and my bf won't touch me cause how low the baby is lol
