almost passed out..

So I'm 16 weeks and I always get dizzy when I stand up, no matter how fast or slow. But I went to target today and walked around for almost an hour and I got dizzy and hot and sweaty. My sister-in-law said I was really pale. I sat down for a few mins but when we were walking to the car I almost passed out, my vision went black and I had to kneal down till I could see again. When we got in the car I was reallly hot and its like 20 degrees outside and I had to open the door and puke outside in the parking lot.

Anyway, I just wanna know if this has happened to anyone or if I should be worried.

    My midwife said its normal but to always have water with me to drink when it happens. And to sit for a few and drink your water. My dizziness started getting better at 20 weeks. Hope yours gets better too.

    Thank you. Water is deff my best friend right now. Anything other than water, sunny d or orange juice leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

    Dat happend to me @ work i puked in front of customers not s good look but i guess it gets better.

    Have they checked your Iron levels? I tend to be aneimic (sp?) So if I don't get enough iron I get really dizzy and that leads to thowing up.. Its not too safe if your iron is that low also. So I would have it checked.. Could just be blood flow, but always better to be safe!

    ^^^ I agree with kmose its not normal to have severe symptoms of dizziness especially to the point of passing out. I'd also guess low iron or blood pressure ...but could be normal for you, either way I'd call your doc tomorrow :)

    It seems like everytime Im in line at a store I have to leave my bf at the register because I was on the verge of passing out. It comes on so suddenly and after I sit for a min im back to normal.

    I had this my 1st trimester. Only when I stood up or walked around I would feel like I was gonna pass out. My vision would get black and then I started puking everywhere. Still get it if I walk around Walmart too long and I get hot.

    I'm 17 weeks and almost did the same thing.
