Hi my name is Starr, and I'm a carboholic.
So I just made this fabulous Valentines day dinner. A whole chicken, mashed potatoes, stuffing, veggies, gravy, biscuits, the works. And all I wanted was the potatoes and biscuits. I basically had to force myself to eat the chicken. It tasted great but for some reason I can hardly eat meat of any kind. Anyone else feel that way??

I had a huge bowl of honey bunches of oats (w almonds) for breakfast
cheese and special k crackers for lunch
And I just ate a big bowl of kix for dinner

I used to love chicken but now I try and eat it, it just tastes wrong... but I did have a Thanksgiving toasted sub from D'angelos last week and it was ammazziinnggg!!!
Sneak proteins in. Peanutbutter is alright. Maybe you could put some leftovers in a sandwhich. Warmed up on toasted bread might be yummy. Cheese on bread, too.
