Ok I get it people want to touch my belly but this lady went too far!

Ok super embarrassing!!! I went home to CA for my aunt's funeral and while there my friends mom wanted to take me to lunch so we met up at the Elephant Bar. My friend and I walk in and her mom is already there at a booth. She rushes at me and in the middle of the restaurant lifts up my shirt and kisses my stomach!!!! Holy cow what the heck was she thinking!!!???? I didn't even know what to do I stood there stunned with my mouth open hoping no one was looking but of course they were!!! Anyone else have anything so weird happen to them?

    This is my 2nd pregnancy and I've never had a single person touch my stomach UNTIL...my grandmas funeral when my cousin comes up and starts rubbing my stomach for an uncomfortable amount of time saying " gee I bet your sick of every1 touching your belly by now!" Like omg! And she did it again at the wake! I was crawling out of my skin but trying not to be rude! It sucked!

    I don't get what it is ladies about our pregnant bellies that just make people lose their minds. I had other family members touch my belly but literally for like two seconds and that didn't bother me too much but some people are just crazy

    If I see someone going in for a rub, I tell them don't even think about it. Another annoying thing some people do is say hows my baby? I put on my best stunned look and say Huh? What? You're having a baby?! I guess I can be rude sometimes lol

    @angieahrens don't feel left out feel lucky. Whenever my cousin rubs..not just touch but rubs my belly I want to slap her lol it really is kind of annoying and weird. I know its to be expected but I don't like it.

    I had a lady come up to me at walgreens who said "Come over and let me rub that belly for good luck!" My 1st thought was to take off running but she came over an rubbed my stomach with everyone in the str watching. Ugh! So embarrassing

    Lol thankfully only my Df does this to me. Although I did have a coworker who was passing by me put her hand on my belly for a moment. In not really showing but what is there is not baby bc Im a little bit bigger... :/

    Whenever anyone says anything to my 3 year old about the baby she finds it necessary to lift up my shirt and talk about the baby. At least I don't have stretch marks for her to show off to everybody

    So I am not preg yet and a few months ago I walked in the break room and a lady at work started rubbing my stomach (i have a little belly) and said are you pregnant? I was so embarrassed. I said no removed her hand and walked away.

    O jeez, my 9 year old sister has to walk with her hand on my belly, we go to target, her hand is there, we watch tv, her face digs in my stomach, ughh lol I'd rather have a complete stranger try, I am not beyond rubbing their belly back

    My mom yells into my belly like my bellybutton is microphone lol! Everytime I see her she gets real close and yells "HELLO BABY WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THERE???" It makes me laugh but Idk what to say when people address my unborn baby. I feel like I need to answer for her lol

    @starrxoxo9 that's hilarious and kinda cute. I don't think I'd be annoyed by that I just hate people rubbing my belly and of course my friends mom kissing it was too much but I think your mom is cute

    I dont think its people attitude that changes towards women when they r pregnant, its the pregnant women that get so hormona, I see nothing wrong with people being excited about the belly/baby and touching it. Calm down people...

    @excitedforoctober having your shirt lifted up in front of an entire restaurant and having your belly kissed by someone who isn't even related to you is extremely weird and embarrassing I don't think I need to be hormonal to feel that way. I don't mind my tummy being touched by family members who are excited but for people to ruv my belly for full minutes is uncomfortable and strangers doing it is just strange. Again I don't think I have to be hormonal to feel that way. If it doesn't bother you that's great but I can't help it if it makes me uncomfortable
