Ok I have a home inspection later this afternoon. What exactly do they look at? Should the house be spotless? I'm so confused lol. This is my first inspection. Can anyone explain what they do and how long they take?
For sale of the house? They check to make sure outlets work, see if stuff is leaking, if the attic is properly insulated, age/quality of roof/windows, and check the foundation. Stuff like that.
