  • Oh yes. Best thing I found was leaving peanut butter crackers@my night stand, this way I can get something small in my stomach.
  • Cool okay imma try that
  • I agree, nibble on some crackers before getting out of bed. Hormones and stomach acid means a very upset tummy.

  • I had morning sickness every morning until i figured out that if i ate right before i went to sleep i wouldn't get sick. Eat a bowl of cereal or some fruit it'll def help
  • I do both; eat carbs right before bed & as soon as I'm awake; makes a huge difference. Good luck!

  • Katie: I wish if I eat breakfast it will go away ill just throw it up can't eat till 12.
  • I have been miserably sick. Lost ten pounds and I am only eight weeks along. I am nauseous all day and all night. I gag at the smell of everything! Going to the dr tomorrow and asking for zofran for the nausea.
  • Well I feel like a vaccum cleaner every time I see some type of food I gotta eat it...I have gotten better with waking up and not feeling sick....but I so have my moments where something I eat upsets my tummy like ice cream...ugh I love ice cream ate it
  • I use To get sick when The first 3 month
I couldnt eat anything without throwing up
Now I'm ok since I'm.6 months
  • I just ate a big bowl of ice cream
  • My first 4 months I was sick night an day! I could barley drink water. Now that I'm at the end of the 6 month mark I still get sick in the morning but its not as bad
  • I always keep crackers by the bed. I can't jump right up or I'll get sick. take a few min. Eat some crackers. Drink just a few sips of water. Then stay in bed a few min. Try sitting up first. Eat some more crackers and get up slowly...
  • My doc gave me zofran because I am loosing too much weight throwing everything up!
  • I keep a bottled water in my bed, behind my pillow, and some crackers.....
  • My obgyn told me to try ginger and vitamin B6.. like ginger tea or ginger cookies. And take the b6 with your prenatal. It really does help. I've been throwing up everyday for two weeks andd those have both helped a lot
  • Yes crackers are your bestfriend right now. Also try eating cheese or something like that before bed just a snack that's high in protein. When I was sick back the laughing cow creamy swiss cheese was what I snacked on when I woke up.
  • My doctor told me not to eat cheese unless it is cooked because it can cause miscarriage in early pregnancy.
  • I keep a variety of snacks next to my bed with water. I just eat on one of my midnight potty runs.

Last night I got stuck in traffic for 7 hours without food. I couldn't eat because I was so sick with hunger. Then I threw up bile. After all that I was finally able to eat a banana... with the tiniest baby bites ever. Then a fiber bar and straight to bed at 3 in the damn morning.
