To get an ultra sound... Im 33wks and tomorrow I will be 34.. I feel my little dove move around but I wish that at todays appnt I would get an ultrasound.. Oh well all I can do knw is wait and just feel her movements.. But the doc said at 38weeks I would get one so Im counting down till then! :))

    My CNM told me at my last appointment that I won't get any more unless something seems wrong. :( I'll be 32 weeks on Sunday, and got my last u/s with my first daughter at 32wks, so I'm a little bummed to say the least!

    Lucky you! I'm a couple of days behind you and I don't get any more ultrasounds. My last one was at 21wks. Are you high risk?

    No my baby and I are perfectly healthy.. My doc said tht my provider was the onw that makes the decision on when I can get an ultrasound..

    No... I wasn't going to have one since I'm having another girl, but everyone was like "No way, you have to!" So I decided it would be okay to have a "diaper party"... but then no one offered to actually throw it! Oh, well. I don't need anything but diapers & wipes, so I'll be okay. It was just annoying, lol!

    Ok I see.. Well thats good u only need diapers andwipes..this is my first pregnancy and Im buying alot of clothes ant diapers and wipes on top of that.. Oh btw im having a girl too! Im naming her Bethany :)

    I keep hoping my girl will come a little early- as long as she's healthy & ready! I actually have July 16th as my official "guess date" because there's a full moon the night of the 15th/16th & I had my first daughter on a full moon, lol... my first midwife told me it happens all the time! I felt so cheesy!!!
    I'm naming this little girl Samantha Louise :) <3

    My wife will have a ultrasound every visit from about 28 weeks which will be every 2-3 weeks. She is high risk on clexane and insulin though.

    @vette_devil, I'm the same as you! Will be 32 wks on Sun, haven't had a u/s since 18 wks, and won't get another unless something goes wrong. I have an appt next Thurs, and I'm tempted to tell them I'm leaking fluid or something just so they'll let me get a glimpse of my baby! If not, there's a place close to me that does 3D/4D ultrasounds for $120.

    @mya218 you should try going to an ultra sound school they do it for free or for cheap! The one by me is by appointment only though
