I felt the same way threw out my entire pregnancy so far with my OB, he was just very un helpful and dumb as shit. but the last appointment he was actually really awesome O.o I was like wtf dude what the hell happened to you. aparently he didn't like me before and was rude because I was skinny as all hell... cuz this time he was litterally like, OMG you look so healthy and you have gained perfect weight! I hate it when girls stay skinny till they are half way threw their pregnancy!! and I was like O.O WTF lol okay. but he was really super nice last time, so was the nurse. odd.
i like the knowledge my ob has, however he is too reserved i think when it comes to treating issues. and i HATE his assistant she is a bitch!! she too is preggo and since her pregnancy is a smooth sailing one she makes you feel narotic for asking a question about yours!!!!!! X(
You can switch anytime I just switch at 25wks to a new OB n I'm 26wks now. My old doc made me seem young n dum when I was wanted to ask questions like bitch this is my first baby n I'm 21 so if u dnt want to help me than duces n now my new doc seem so layback n they even have a midwife if u want more of a natural birth...so far I'm happy but if I dnt like it than I'm finding another 1 n really dnt care if I'm 39wkz lol I want the best for me n my baby
i personally like men drs more just solely on my experience as women drs think you as a woman should know everything and its kind of one of those hello b**** if i knew everything you would be broke type of deals. i wish you luck though. i would definitely change before you got too much further though that way you can develop a good relationship with the new dr
I definitely am looking into switching. I just came for a 2pm appt and I got here at 1:37 and shes like "Your early and we usually dont see patients until after two" and she moved my appt up till 2:30! Ugh! I cant stand her!
I just switched and I am 32 weeks. I completely switched offices and hospitals. Wednesday I see him for the first time. I hated mine too! She was a B. It was causing me a lot of stress so I am glad I did Do what you think is best. It is your pregnancy and delivery!
I'm. Scared of my doc I just googled him. He just settled in a law suit and lost 15.5 million dollars. He apparently didn't care to watch a mother giving birth in his delivery room and the baby had no oxygen and now had cerebal palsy.
No it is not too late!! I switched from mine also when I was 26 weeks, I am now almost 31 and love the new doc I picked!! If your not comfortable neither is your baby! SWITCH SWITCH SWITCH! lol nothing more I can say...
