Is it ok to travel for 8 hours at 35weeks preggo?

im not going to be traveling by plane, ill be traveling by coach for 8hours from swansea to brighton. i know 35weeks is the cut off point for raveling by air but i just wanted advise on weather its okay to travel for that amount of time in a coach. x

    my dr gave me the ok for a 10-12 hour car ride up to 36 weeks but just to let you kno that on the way out to where i was headed i lost my mucus plug so idk if it was the long trip or just was gunna happen anyway....

    it should be they should have a break stop so you can get out and stretch your legs :) its only by air they advise you not to travel

    @sammylouiseday ill be traveling for 6 and a half hours before ill get a break. do yu think thats too long?

    @rissalee7 oh no ill be 35 weeks exacally on the day i go and 36 weeks and 1 day pregnant when i get back. im really worried though because my doc and midwife both said to me they think ill go into labour early because iv have a stent fitted and quite a few problems since being pregnant, also baby is massive and im tiny wich doesnt help lol. so i dont know wht to do, i really want to go see my family but i really dont want to go into labour whilst im down there, because my fiance wont be with me. iv got a hospital appointment on friday just before im ment to leave so ill have a talk with my doctor then i think. x

    That is the best thing to do @mummy_2_be19 i had my bf with me when i went so if i had gone into full labor he would hav been there i went to see my lil sis graduate so i kno hte wanting to go see family

    I'm 36 weeks and wanted to drive to Reno which is 3 hours away. My Dr said absolutely not. No traveling beyond one hour the last month and he would prefer o don't even do that.

    @YNVTish well thats not good :-( it depends on wht my doctor says you never know it might be ok i mean all ill be doing is sitting down for ages. x
