  • I'm 6 weeks and have been feeling so sick. I didn't have that with my first one. I had an early ob appt today cuz I've had a few miscarriages. Anyway I asked her what I could do cuz I've been so sick thinking about eating makes me feel sicker and the other day I went to eat supper and had to spit it out cuz I felt like I was gonna be sick. She said basically just to snack throughout the day and she gave me a prescription for zofran and so far seems to be working! Haven't felt sick all day!

  • I was super sick earlier in my pregnancy. It felt like a bad hangover that lasted a week, but no party before! I ate Ritz crackers, drank watered down juice (tastes syrupy to me, bleck!), and I tried to air out my apartment. Bad smells didn't help things. Altoids and peppermint tea worked for me. I've heard Ginger tea helps too.
  • Phenergan!!!! It works like a charm and it puts u to sleep!!!

  • For dizzizness I got thoses sea sickness bracelets, you can get them at walgreens or publix. They helped a little believe it or not. I also make sure I eat saltine crakers before I even get out of bed. I relax for about 15 min, then I get up.
