I feel your pain!! How far along are you? Mine started to go away in the second trimester. Try eating unsalted saltine crackers and drink ginger ale, that worked for me
I'm 6 weeks and have been feeling so sick. I didn't have that with my first one. I had an early ob appt today cuz I've had a few miscarriages. Anyway I asked her what I could do cuz I've been so sick thinking about eating makes me feel sicker and the other day I went to eat supper and had to spit it out cuz I felt like I was gonna be sick. She said basically just to snack throughout the day and she gave me a prescription for zofran and so far seems to be working! Haven't felt sick all day!

I was super sick earlier in my pregnancy. It felt like a bad hangover that lasted a week, but no party before! I ate Ritz crackers, drank watered down juice (tastes syrupy to me, bleck!), and I tried to air out my apartment. Bad smells didn't help things. Altoids and peppermint tea worked for me. I've heard Ginger tea helps too.
At babies r us I found these green appple flavored lozenges called B-Natal that is supposed to help with morning sickness they seem to help a lil.gives u just the right amout of b6 to help. And the tastes isn't bad at all
For dizzizness I got thoses sea sickness bracelets, you can get them at walgreens or publix. They helped a little believe it or not. I also make sure I eat saltine crakers before I even get out of bed. I relax for about 15 min, then I get up.
