ugh he ate my damn ice cream!

edited June 2011 in Pregnant
My fiance's brother just recently moved in with us..he is 18 about to graduate and doesn't have a job! He doesn't even go out and try to look for one! He put out applications as soon as he moved here and that's it! All he does is sit on his a$$ at home and runs my electric bill up! Before he moved here our electric bill was only like $30 now its like $100! He doesn't feel like he should pay any rent because he doesn't eat a lot? Wtf! But the little f**ker ate my half baked Ben and Jerry's :( not to mention he plans to stay here for like 2 more years while he goes to community college! We live in a one bedroom apartment so he sleeps in the living room...we have a baby on the way and we have no room for it I'm so pissed off I could break his face! I wish I had some ice cream!

  • I'm with you! My SIL ate my brownies one day. I also had the urge to break a body part off of her. Good luck with this situation.
  • Oh heck no! Beat his but! Lol no, but really, id make sure he went out and got a job to pay you rent...and also tell him to ask befoe he just assumes something can be eaten! Especially your icecream!
  • Well this post made me go check to see if I had ice cream left.. thankfully I did.. although that is messed up he hasn't looked for a job and doesn't think he has to pay bills :( I'm sorry.
  • Omg girl I know the feeling! Tho its hard try not to stress. I wud just tell hubby to be how u feel and make him deal with it. If he doesn't handle it urself them blame it on the Pregnancy lol
  • Call @blueberrysmom in here and have her do a Throat Punch for you. ;) My sister lived with me and my husband when I was pregnant with my son and she did not pay rent or anything because she was trying to find a job and was broke. Well, one day she had our youngest sister visit and magically had the money in her bank account to go buy snacks at the store. She bought some mint chocolate chip ice cream which my husband loves and then had the nerve to call me at work and inform me that it was HER ice cream, and added that if my husband had ANY of it I needed to buy her a whole new carton as payment. Seriously?! We were feeding her and she was living with us rent free - plus he would have asked before he ate any of the damn ice cream. Seriously, siblings can be a pain to room with sometimes, especially when they aren't financially responsible yet.

He got pissed because she didn't talk to him about it even though he was there when she brought it home. She called me when he wasn't around to hear and told me that I needed to buy replacement ice cream if he took any. What made it that much better was that she was underage at the time and we were already both over 21, so there was alcohol in the house and she helped herself to making mixed drinks without asking. Gotta love the irony. @angieahrens

  • @angieahrens couldn't me telling the apartment complex that someone who isn't on the lease is living with us get me in trouble?
  • @angieahrens omg that is what I would have done!!
