  • @praying4our3rd its so hard not to think the worst :( I sure hope this isn't anything crazy! I did have a hard fall on my bellyon Friday while walking through a parking lot...I hope it didn't mess things up. The doc said I should have been fine from the fall, but now I'm just scared :(

  • Sorry ladies! I'm at the office now. I had to rush in b/c the bleeding worsened. They said not to go to the hospital b/c "the baby would not be viable if something wad wrong". I had an exam done which showed nothing but blood, cervix was closed. Strong heart beat. Heading to the hospital now for an u/s. They suspect the fall disrupted my placemta.
  • So glad to hear baby is ok! Hang in there Mama.

    PS @praying4our3rd
  • Praying everything is alright!!!
  • U will be OK...please update when u return...I know everything will be just fine
  • Glad to hear baby is sounding strong!
  • Gllad baby is good...hopefully they get it figured out for you soon.
  • ****UPDATE****Ok ladies, I'm back! So the u/s showed nothing out if the ordinary. They are sending me to a high-risk clinic for a repeat u/s by a doctor instead of having a tech do one as I had done today. They did say that my uterus is more bicornuate (heart shaped instead of round or oval) than they thought, so that could cause some bleeding. I'm still bleeding...have to wear a pad, but baby was jumping around and looks healthy.

I was hoping the tech would check out the gender for me since we weren't able to find out at our last u/s and she wouldn't :( I'm hoping the doc will be nice tomorrow and take a peak :) Overall, I'm hopeful that everything will be ol and this is just some fluke thing. Thank you for all of your support and concern! You ladies are the best.:)

    ****UPDATE****
So my u/s this morning with a high-risk doc showed that my placenta is much lower than they thought and now they're saying its placenta previa. Baby looks good though. Heart rate 140, but he couldnt tell us the gender for sure...he's 80% sure its a girl. That will be two girls for us :) BUT, he said keep your receipts...lol...if you buy any girl stuff. Now, I'm just waiting to hear from my OB, about what to do next. Thank you again for all of your support.:)
  • I have previa. I had a huge gush of blood w small clots and went to the er where they said it was marginal previa. For the last month I have had spotting off and on and just in the past week no bleeding at all. :) Keep your head up and take it easy. Thats the best advice I can give you! Also for peace of mind I have a Doppler to listen to the heart beat! Good luck mama!!
  • Omg I didn't know u had fell there really should b a friend option on here...I'm glad ur ok n so is ur baby girl!! So bed rest right? I hope everything will be ok
  • @prayingformiracles how much did you get your Doppler for?
