  • The pads where I had my kids were just like a regular pad. I actually brought some home cuz i liked them better.
  • i usally use the longest thin Always pads but since i was told and have read that the bleeding will be heavy i bought the regular longest Always pads. rather be safe then sorry! i dont want to bleed through my underwear!! lol
  • The ones at the hospital are kind of like diapers, but they work. I used the regular pads n I bled through my undies. But all women r different. Mmm ... I would get reely long n thick ones.
  • Im thinkn of gettin overnite always pads dey are huge lol but always is a great brand!
  • Your going to need the huge hospital ones for at least your first couple days, they are big and gross but its necessary for the huge amount of blood that will be lost. :/
  • Always over night pads are in my bag :)
  • just make sure you get the thick overnite ones!!
  • When I gave birth to my daughter my midwife recommended poise pads and I never leaked through them.. I guess whatever you feel comfortable with should work.. they need to be semi big and absorbant tho because you do bleed heavily for your first couple of days, after that you could use regular pads.. just my opinion tho :)
  • Unless you plan on sitting on the toilet :) I agree with the hospital type ones, then overnights, then regular.
  • I'm gonna use what they give you in the hospital because there's good reason why they're so large. always Overnights work well though.
  • Def overburdened with wings!!
I really like those new always infinitity I think they are called in black box. Only got to use them a few times before pregs though. Oh n def try to get some of those pads fro hospital with ice in them ...trust me if u don't use them for ur bottom u can use them for breasts ;-)
