Try getting on your hands and knees and rock your pelvis forward/down and then back up. Kinda like cat/cow with yoga but instead of your chest you do your pelvis. It helps relieve pressure

@Chels - aw thank you! I love that name as well thoug Hubby would never let me use it. I hope one day you have your girl so you can! And definitly give that little exersize a go. My baby is hanging out way low and at 23 weeks I'm having to do it to help with the pressure and it gets the baby to move back up.

@Chels - lol and Aubry Fae is beautiful! Maybe your fiance will be more willing to go with that? I'm on team yellow and won't know the sex until I have the baby. I'm hoping for a girl, and I'm in love with the name Evalynn Mae but I have this big gut feeling that I am having a boy. And so far we have only agreed on a first name, Isaac and have yet to agree on a middle name
@LittleFae I loveeee Mae too! I'm having a boy September 9th and we have only agreed on the first name too which is Jacob...he likes Jacob Cole and I like Jacob Michael. Ughhhh decisions, decisions.......so when are you due?
@Chels - I am due October 3rd. I want to use Michael but that's my husband's middle name and I guess he hates it? lol oh well. So, we're stuck trying to figure out a middle for Isaac, and we are kind of limiting ourselves to M middle names since both of us have an M middle name, he is Michael I'm Marie, so we thought it would be cute to give our kids M middle names lol... though now it's becoming a headache. @LittleFae ughhh twilight I forgot about that lol I like Alice too its such a cute delicate name and my fiance's middle name is Michael also! That is why I picked it because I want the baby to have the same initials as his daddy which would be JMT! I love how we went off topic on the discussion lol it seems to always happen with us pregnant ladies but most of the time the subject gets changed to food!
