36 week induction

Admitted for the second time for preeclampsia. This time they're keeping me here until Tues when I'll be 36 weeks then they'll induce.

    @cetheridge I got induced 2 days before I would have been 36 weeks. Did they give you steroid shots for the lungs?

    I haven't researched preeclampsia, anyone mind explaining it a little?

    @lmamajohn I'm fine w induction I'd rather be induced than put on blood pressure meds. @lauren0304Robert No shots yet, kinda just waiting around at this point. @Fate its where your bloodpressure goes high and u start dumping protein into ur urine. Best case they monitor u more closely, then if need be they induce because it can get out of control and hurt/kill mama and or baby

    Ohhhhh! So that's why I have to bring pee to my appointments? Lmao... After 6 years, and 3 pregnancies (this is my 3rd), I finally find out why they have you collect pee for them. :)) I hope all goes well for you! >:D<

    I dont pee in a cup at my appointments!!!

    They make me pee at home... And bring it in. Something about it having to be first morning pee samples or something. :-?? I like carrying around a cup of urine in a lunch baggie. LOL.

    @fate Haha try a gallon jug of pee. 24 hour samples are terrible

    Yup pee n dump it into a jug for 24 hours every drop of pee goes into jug n jug goes onto ice. Which is why im glad for an induction at this point
