Breech Baby

My baby is in the breech position..& isn't tryin to turn at all. Has any one had a doctor try to turn the baby from the outside how did it feel & was it it painful? I'm really not tryin to have a c section but what ever is best for the baby I will do.

    ive heard of babies turning just before their scheduled csections. i would still have hope. but i dont know of anyone who has had the transverse done

    With my oldest they did. With constant pain, I can "suffer silently" like my shoulder from a car accident 2 years ago. Immediate pain not so much, I have a low threshold (deep cleaning attthe dentist I need novacaine)..the dr turning from the outside it was the most excruciating pain. They were only able to do it 1/4 or 1/2 way.
    Google positions for turning baby. If you're familiar with yoga there's a position like downward dog amd you hold that for about 30 minutes a day. I've also read on here having someone talk/playing music down low can get them to turn too.

    Put something cold on your belly, babies wanna stay warm so baby will move away from that... Also get on your hands n knees (like a dog) n rock yourself... Thats what ive heard, nvr tried it myself, yet

    You could try accupressure. Also playing music down at your knees so baby turns towards the sound. And a bag of frozen peas under your ribs
