It doesn't hurt. It's a bit uncomfortable, and there is pressure you can feel but honestly, next to my induced contractions, it was nothing. It did however, make me extremely light headed, and throw up almost immediately after, which is apparently pretty common so if that happens, don't freak!!! Right after I threw up, I fell asleep, so it was worth it for labour!!!
I was having a major contraction at the same time that he was doing so I didn't feel anything but it feel so much better after. Just do everything they tell u and youl be fine
