Painful lower back pains

I have been having really painful lower back pains and lower abdomen pains for the last two days im 35 weeks

    it could be several things. when do u see dr next? it could be baby flipping, baby sunny side up, muscle and tendons stretching to get ready for labor, etc.

    I have a dr appt today at 230 to make sure everything is ok
