I am 18 weeks 3 days and always have pain in my lower right side I gets real bad when I go pee. I couldn't stand up it hurt so bad today. Then in few minutes it was gone. What could this be.

Probably round ligament pain. Is it a ripping pain? Like it literally feels like something is ripping inside and then a few seconds later it's gone?

Yeah that would be the pain.
