how do you know if your miscarrying.

On fri had a little blood when I wiped then turned into old blood wiped and had blood this morning and tonight bled again only when I wipe I am 8 weeks pregnant I'm not cramping just feeling pinchy pains my breast are still tender. Don't have an appt until next wed. Don't like this wait just want to know baby is ok or not. I really don't think I could hold out much longer. I am going to call my dr tommorrow and se what they want me to do.

    It could be implanting of the egg but I would call!! I had all the same symptoms and miscarried at 14 weeks. You can never be so sure!!!!

    Sometimes, it's your cervix closing. It might also have to do with the placement of implantation. If it's only a little, not bright red with clots, and you're not in serious pain, some spotting is normal in healthy pregnancies. Check with your doc to see if they want to see you. I lost one, but it all happened on one day, so no earlier bleeding.

    My friend is 6 weeks and she had the same bleeding, she went to the e.r. and they said it was bleeding from behind the placenta and that the baby looked fine. But is call my doc.

    Yep I will be calling dr tommorow I would go to the er just started a new job ill se what happens when I wake up tommorow I know even if it is a miscarriage I couldn't do anything about it. I just really want to get an ultrasound just to see if baby is ok. I havnt had any cramping or anything at all just pinching pain like uterous stretching.

    Yea call your Dr in the morning. I didn't have cramping either when I m/c. But I hope everything turns out ok.

    The drs called me and said I am probably fine they are going to have me do a blood test to check hormone level since I'm not bleeding a lot. Then I will go back Saturday so they could check again pray my hormone levals are rising

    Going to the ER isn't always an option, if you know they can't do anything to help you. If you have private or no insurance, there's no way I can justify the copay for something that my DR's office can do for considerably cheaper. My copay for the ER is 20% which can easily run over a $1,000 if they do any kind of tests or u/s.

    Praying that your levels are high! I had mine checked today, too. I wasn't going to this time because I didn't want to know if there was an issue, but I've been feeling very pregnant, so I decided to go for it. I hope everything comes back normal for you!

    I would call your doctor. My doctor said to call her anytime I had spotting or bleeding just to be safe. If anything, it'll get you an extra ultrasound to see your little one ;) good luck girl, I'm sure you & baby are okay ;)

    I had that and just delivered 2 healthy little girls. I also had placenta previa so Id have occasional spotting like that.

    Call your Dr though cause what wound up being ok for me may not be ok for you. Ask for an scan script so you can get a good scan at a good place not just a quicky in the ER.

    Go to the doc to be safe. Might b nothing a lot of women spot in the first trimester. If its heavy bleeding that's not good. I hopeall is well having a mc is very emotional and life changing

    Just had blood drawn so they could check hormone levels will go back sat for another blood draw to make sure levels doubled.
